Wyndham Istanbul Old City Hotel, Istanbul

I found the hotel to have good and clean rooms, with jacuzzi, but they were quite worn out with a leaking sink and a loose electric fireplace. The service, particularly from Malika, was really helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. The location, near trams, metro, and restaurants, was a great benefit. The dining experience, with a wide array of Turkish options, was enjoyable. However, the lack of windows in the basement room was a downside.

I was excited to stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, the rooms I booked were given to someone else, and they seemed small for a five-star place. Despite being labeled as 'silent suites,' noise from corridors and neighboring rooms was noticeable. The location appeared to be in what was once a basement.

The hotel offers lovely rooms with amazing jacuzzis but is situated under a restaurant/club with loud music until 2 am. The service is generally great but marred by some issues. The location is convenient for exploring tourist attractions but affected by nearby construction noise. The dining experience has its ups and downs, and the facilities are satisfactory.

The hotel room was spacious and comfortable but had a terrible smell like sewers. It faced a noisy corridor and overlooked unattractive views of a car park and backyard. The service was mixed with rude encounters but also gestures like offering coffee/tea at 1:00 am. The location was excellent, near major attractions and shops. The dining experience was good but nothing luxurious. The facilities were adequate.

The hotel offers comfortable and clean rooms with a Jacuzzi bathroom and a very polite staff, although they were small with limited storage. I recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.
